I was searching for a gym that would guide me in achieving my weight loss and strength goals, and I came across Strength Studio. I started two weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier! Coach Brandon and Coach Cesar are amazing — they make you feel comfortable right from the start. They’re always checking in to see how you’re feeling, offering nutritional guidance, and finding ways to help you reach your goals. During workouts, they’re consistently by your side, offering support and guidance. Even with my long list of injuries, they thoughtfully modify exercises to suit my needs. What Your First Month Looks Like.

Day 1
Before your first workout, you sit down with your coach.

We learn your goals, your history, what’s been stopping you, what’s been hurting. You leave with a plan built for you — not a generic program. A real starting point that fits the life you actually have.

Week 1
Your coach is watching every rep, adjusting the weight, catching what you can’t see.

Form gets corrected before bad habits set in. Loads get adjusted as you move. You leave week one knowing exactly what you’re doing and why.

Wk 2–3
You start to notice something shifting.
