Day 1
A 15-Minute Coach Consult
Before your first session, you sit down with a coach. We learn your goals, history, injuries, what's been stopping you. You leave with a plan built for you.
Days 2–7
Full Studio Access
Join any semi-private session on the schedule. 55 minutes. Coach watching every rep, adjusting your form, scaling the weight. Real coaching — not just access.
All Week
No Pressure To Stay
No contract, no phone-bomb, no high-pressure pitch. By the end of the week you'll know. If we're your spot, we'll talk options. If not, we'll wish you well.

I've never lifted weights. Is this for me?
Yes — that's most of who comes in. Every session is coach-led, every rep is watched, every movement has a modification. You're not thrown into a class; you're taught.
I'm in my 60s. Am I too old to start?
We have members starting in their late 60s and 70s. Strength training is one of the most-studied longevity interventions there is. We coach to your body — not someone else's program.
What makes you different from a regular gym?
We're a family-owned, locally-owned studio — not a chain, not a class, not an app. Every session is semi-private and coach-led. You get the attention of personal training in a small-group format that's still affordable.
What does it cost after the free week?
Membership runs in line with private personal training in Bergen County, but at a fraction of 1-on-1 cost because of the semi-private format. We'll show you specific options if you decide to join — no pressure, no surprise pricing.
When are sessions held?
We run sessions throughout the week — early mornings, mid-day, and evenings — so members on every kind of schedule can find times that work. Your coach will walk you through the schedule on Day 1.
